When you submit your application, you must make a deposit of 10% of the total cost of the course. We will send you written confirmation with details of the accommodation. Once your course has been confirmed, it will not be possible to return your deposit. The balance of the cost must reach us at least 15 days before the start of the course by bank transfer, cheque or money order. We reserve the right to cancel your registration if these conditions are not met. Personal cheques are not allowed.
Cancellation: if you are forced to cancel your course, the whole amount will be reimbursed (except for the deposit), as long as you give us at least 15 days notice. If you notify your cancellation within 14 and 7 days we will keep the deposit plus 20% of the balance. In case of cancelling within 7 days of the start we will keep the deposit plus 50% of the balance. Any cancellation must be in writing and will have effect from the date we receive it. Once the course has started, there will not be any refund. We recommend you take an insurance to cover this eventuality. |
